DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Shipping and UPS Ground within *3-5 business days after your order has been processed.

For all wholesale orders, please allow up to 10 business days after order has been placed for shipping, as they are made to order and individually hand poured and inspected. All orders will be provided a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Choose desired shipping method at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time. Stay tuned for future updates.

Due to the nature of our products being hand made and being thoroughly inspected before shipping, we are unable to offer returns/refunds at this time. We try our best to fully describe each product in the description, giving you the opportunity to decide which fragrance best suits you.

We will however, gladly replace or refund any damaged products during the shipping process. Please submit a photo within 3 days of delivery to info@lovegroundcandleco.com, along with your unused product for a full refund or reshipment of your purchase item/price amount. Email us for further information.
